Data about our customers and visitors is available in so many other contexts now than ever before, ranging from data in web logs, email campaigns, mobile apps, social media and more. While it is often easier to access this data, it can be hard to find the best and easiest ways to ingrate this data into the work we do in a way that is useful and beneficial.
