Simple Ways to Use Data & Analytics

Using data and analytics doesn’t have to be hard or difficult. Unfortunately, though, a lot of companies I work with see how hard it could be to use data and end up moving away from data and use opinions instead. Recently, I gave a talk at IA Summit about this and easy ways to work data into the decision-making process. While this talk was for information architects and user experience designers, the process I discuss certainly applies to many other fields as well.
